Bring juices and water in individual serving size bottles or cans. To reduce waste, we are requesting recyclable materials only, no juice boxes please. Drop off at the grill station/ next to the poetry garden.

Slice a small watermelon at home and drop off at the grill station/ next to the poetry garden. Please cut the watermelon into small triangles with the rind on. Keeping the size/shape consistent will make the process smoother at the event. Thank you!

Please bring a cake on a disposable foil covered plate or a bottle of wine to be won in the cake-wine walk. Please indicate what you are bringing (cake or wine). Wine can be left in the BAM office in advance!

Bring and set up your pop up shade tent that can be used throughout the day.

Set up tables for various carnival booths.

Help out at the face painting station (no previous experience necessary). There will be easy patterns for the kids to choose from and to follow.

Help out at our BAM CAM Photo Booth - taking polaroid photos of the carnival-goers!

Stay a few minutes after, and help us get everything cleaned up after the fun!

Help out with the cash box and Venmo - selling tickets for the Pumpkin Pass and Bake Sale!

Help out on the food service line, filling plates with all the offerings, including hot dogs, salad, watermelon, and chips.

Grilling the food options (hot dogs and perhaps more?) as needed.

Monitor and dispense the drinks.

Work the popcorn machine, including re-loading, popping, and serving bags of delicious popcorn!

Swirl the magic sugar yarn and serve up the BAM Jam's most popular treat!
